4 Factors To Crack Job Interviews

If the candidate doesn’t have even one of these 4 factors then he may get rejected in job interview.
1} Likeability: Concentrate on your overall personality while doing preparation of any interview. For positive appearance, concentrate on cloths, personal hygiene and the way you dress-up. Most important things that interviewer notices are your behaviour, smile, the way you shake hands, eye contact and your English level.
2} Clarity: You have to be clear and confident about your thoughts. Show your curiosity to learn new things and convince to bring new ideas. Apart from this, prepare appropriate answers for these three important questions:
(i) What is your career goal?
(ii) How you will achieve your goal?
(iii) Why you want to complete your goal?
3} Trust: In interview, just in few minutes you have to gain the trust of the interviewer. Therefore you should have balance between verbal and non-verbal communication. Verbal communication means to express yourself and non-verbal communication means your body language and expressions.
4} Competency: During the selection, try to show that you are different from other candidates. Never make your resume by directly coping from the internet.
